– Payments made for digital services, employment assistance, and legal documentation are non-refundable once initiated.
– Refunds will not be granted for services already delivered, partially completed, or abandoned due to customer inaction.
– Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide the correct information required for service execution. Errors due to incorrect customer inputs will not qualify for refunds.
– If any technical errors or system failures occur on our part that prevent service delivery, we may, at our sole discretion, offer an alternative solution.

– Orders for services can only be canceled before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
– Subscription-based services may be canceled at any time, but cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for the ongoing period.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases
– If a customer receives a defective or incorrect product from us, an exchange or replacement may be considered. Such cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
– All exception requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Sahayak Rojgar management.
– Promotional or discounted services/products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
